Sign into Office 365 with your email address and your normal login password. After you click Sign in, you may be prompted for more information – Click Next until you get to the QR Code. Alternatively, you can go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info, click Add sign-in method and select Authenticator app.



2. Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile phone.

Go to the App Store or Play store and search “Microsoft Authenticator”.
- Once installed, open the app and click “Add work or school”, then select Scan QR Code. Make sure you Allow Notifications!
3. Scan the QR Code on your laptop/PC and your account should now be showing in your Authenticator App.
4. Click Next on your laptop and enter the numbers in the test notification

5. Once approved, the notification should show approved and your authenticator app is now configured.
