Allow International Access

If a user needs access to Office 365 services from outside the UK:

Make sure a ticket is raised with authorisation (if required) and the date that they will be returning (unless permanent access is required).
Add the user to the following group in Office 365 - RDSG_CA_InternationalAccess
Keep the ticket on hold and set a reminder to review on the date that the user is back.
On the date of return, check if the user has returned and remove them from the group.
